Can my medications be taken together? AI helps you check against official information first
Dr. Lens for those concerned about their medications, Dr. Assistance for clinics and hospitals. Our in-house developed and operated AI explains complex drug and medical information simply, with evidence. For reference, not a diagnosis.
The more medications, the greater the risk
It's hard for people to manually check every interaction, duplication, and contraindication when taking multiple medications together. SynsiSoft narrows this blind spot with AI.
Interactions from multi-drug use
When several medications are taken together, risky combinations are easy to miss.
The burden of checking prescriptions in clinical practice
During busy consultations, it is hard for people to check every contraindication or duplicate medication one by one.
The risk of information without evidence
General-purpose AI can produce plausible-sounding but unsupported answers, which is dangerous in medicine.
One AI backbone, three products
We provide Dr.Lens and Dr.Assistance. Enterprise for large hospitals is in preparation.
Dr. Assistance
An AI clinical assistant that transcribes clinical voice and helps you look up officially notified DUR information right on the prescription screen
- Clinical voice transcription — transcribes consultations with Korean-optimized speech recognition and copies the text to the clipboard (the doctor writes the chart)
- DUR information lookup and display — looks up and shows MFDS/HIRA-notified contraindications for combinations, age, and pregnancy on the prescription screen (warning guidance); the doctor makes the final decision
- Evidence-based answers — cites official sources wherever possible, and limits the answer when there is no evidence
- Korea-specific drug DB — linked to MFDS/HIRA-notified drug and contraindication (DUR) information
- EMR integration (in preparation) — we are preparing a feature to link with medical records
Dr. Lens
An app where you photograph your medication bag to register your medications and easily see combination caution information with evidence
Medication-bag capture & auto-registration available from December 2026
- One-tap medication bag photo → automatic registration (OCR/Vision AI), with confirm/edit on misreads
- Interaction & duplication check — unified lookup of prescription and OTC drugs, with caution-level guidance
- Medication reminders & log — dosing time alerts, medication history, side-effect notes
- Family accounts — children or caregivers can manage a parent's medication list together
- Senior-friendly UX — large text, high contrast, and voice guidance by default, with minimal taps
Enterprise
Enterprise is in preparation. We will take adoption inquiries and discuss projects after Dr.Lens and Dr.Assistance are officially released and running stably.
- On-premise deployment — deployable entirely on the hospital's internal GPU servers, with air-gapped network support (planned)
- EMR / Order Communication System (OCS) integration — department and permission management, audit logs (planned)
- Custom configuration — department-specific rules, in-house pharmacy DUR policy support, model update maintenance (planned)
6-Stack AI Pipeline
From voice input to prescription check support, six self-hosted AI stacks work in sequence.
